界定的地点不要限制的太死

3种表达方式

下定义原则：

具有clear&logical link to motion.

（普通人都能接受）；

X self-proving.（真理，压缩了反方的发言空间）；

X past&future（current state）

X specific location（辩论不是智力竞赛）

precautious：

反方领导人可以使用原则质疑定义。

使用可选择性定义。

（一般实际比赛中很少质疑）

下定义的purpose：

1.contextualize (abstract:set this in a country）

常用表达：

This House believes that...

This House regret that...

This House would...

eg.THW use children in the front line during war times.

界定现时一个国家，落地辩论。（for this motion，we can set the debate in certain middle-east country so that both sides can enough room to build their cases）

2. provide yardstick(尺度）

eg.无人机驾驶。

3.clarify ambiguous terms

（澄清模棱两可的关键词）

eg."disallow"--prohibit
