一篇好的求职信应该有抬头 / 电子邮件标题 Heading、正文Body、落款Closing三部分。
抬头 / 电子邮件标题 Heading
1) 纸质求职信抬头
一封纸质求职信中，联系方式一定要显眼，联系方式的主要内容包括:姓名、地址、电话号码、邮箱地址、日期。

2) 电子邮件求职信标题
应包含应聘岗位、姓名。

正文 Body
写好了开头，下面进入正文Body的部分，该部分是需要花大精力撰写的部分，应该包含如下内容，求职者可以根据自己的实际情况，依次写到求职信上。以下是可以遵循的几个原则：
1.开门见山，表明目的
正文部门需要开门见山，一开始就要写明自己想要申请的职位和招聘信息来源，方便HR对求职者的求职意向有初步的了解。

2.基本信息，明确表示
紧接着，求职者需要介绍自己的毕业学校、所学专业和毕业时间，力求清晰、简单、明确。

3.针对岗位，突出优势
求职者可以根据求职岗位的特点，突出撰写自己的强项优势和求学经历。

4.实习经历，锦上添花
实习经历是求职信中需要浓墨重彩撰写的一部分，详细写出自己与该岗位相关的实习经历，会引起HR的兴趣。

I had my internship as a software development intern in Alidada Corporation from September 2014 to July 2015, being responsible for creatinga MYSQL database and writing PHP pages to provide an interface for web management. 5.重申求职愿望，引导详阅简历
在求职信的最后，可以再次说明自己的求职意愿，表达自己对这份工作的渴望，引导HR更加仔细地阅读自己的简历。

求职信的落款通常包括:

这就跟中文信件的“祝好”一样,致意要顶格写。
2) 签名
纸质版求职信应亲手写签名;电子邮件版可采用电子签名。
