自我调节思维的能力

完成学习任务后反思自己的思维，内化思辨思维。

为什么会如此思考问题。

Encourage students to think about their thinking.

Ask students to reflect at the end of each unit (Reflective Journal)

Require an intellectual journal(下课前写学习日志)
