今天小U特邀王卉老师为大家着重强调一下口语考试的一个重要环节，也就是现场讨论。
心理建设方面
1专注但不紧张
口语考试，要追求一个动态的平衡。首先，不紧张。做几个深呼吸，尽量放松，因为过度紧张会让思维进入僵滞状态。
同时，不分心。还要注意保持专注和集中，提醒自己不要走神。特别是在对方考友开口讲话以后，跟上对方的语流，启动后台同步思考，随时准备开口。整个过程尽量不要去想无关的东西。
2态度有合有分
语言是一门人与人之间的表达艺术，考试也要有风度。
所谓合，是指要懂得如何配合。双人应考，本身就是个合作的形式。考官除了考察我们的语言能力，还会观察语言使用者的交流方式和交流技巧。因此，在讨论中，不要表现出自傲、急躁、不屑、甚至粗暴等不良沟通，更不要霸道地占据大量讨论时间，这会降低自己的印象分。
所谓分，指的是要鲜明地发出自己的声音，清晰讲出观点、思想、见解，避免被对方引导，或者一味跟着对方的思路和话题走。
3体验就是收获
交谈具有现场流变和鲜明的过程性的特点。相同的话题，不同的人总能说出不同的话语。人们会使用自己的词汇，凭借个体化的经验和认知，给出不同的看法，并得出不同的结论。因此，口语考试很难有一个绝对化的标准，也没有一个关于简单和难的唯一衡量尺度。
正因为这样，我们要告诉自己，成绩也许并不是最重要的。得了高分固然很好，但假使遇见高手，成绩并不令自己满意，这考试的过程本身就是一种难得的体验和收获。人生，活的不就是个体验吗。以这样的心态应考，就自带几分轻松，可能反倒能够发挥更好。

2表示反对对方
I don't agree with you. 我不同意你。

I'm afraid I wouldn't say that. 恐怕我不敢苟同。
