作为一枚“吃货”,只会掏钱在饭店买单怎么行,自己会做才可以!今天我为热爱生活也热爱美食的大家带来的就是一道在家中甚至寝室里就能动手制作的凯撒沙拉

 食材 

1. Sauce(调料)

① yogurt 酸奶 

☞ 4 tablespoons, you can also use mayonnaise

mayonnaise蛋黄酱,通常可以在超市买到瓶装的哦

 

② worcestershire sauce 伍斯特酱

 1 teaspoon, you can also use soy sauce

味道酸甜微辣,可以用甜辣酱代替

 

③ English mustard 英式芥末酱 

☞ Half a teaspoon , any kind of mustard would serve well

 

④ canned anchovies 罐装凤尾鱼 

 you can also use other canned food

⑤ lemon 柠檬 

☞ we will use the juice of half of a lemon 

 

⑥ white wine vinegar 白葡萄酒醋 

☞ a tablespoon, normal vinegar is fine

 

⑦ extra virgin olive oil 特级初榨橄榄油 

 two tablespoons  

 

⑧ Parmesan cheese 帕玛森奶酪

味道很重的一种干酪,大家可以用其他奶酪代替。

 

2. Veges(蔬菜)

① one lettuce 生菜

② some chicory 菊苣

④ one small red onion 红皮洋葱

 

3. Others

① two chicken breasts 鸡胸肉 

 some rosemary would improve the flavor

② bread面包

 用具、做法 

  

 

1. 用具(tools)

① knife 厨刀       

☞ 我们的中式菜刀一般是cleaver,切肉和蔬菜不要用一把刀

④ pan  平底锅

 

2. 手法和步骤(cooking steps)

① Mix up the yogurt and the sauce, stir it. 

 

② Slice up all the vegetables.

 

③ Use your fist to tenderize the chicken breast and then fry it, then put the croutons (面包丁) into the pan. At last put the chicken breasts aside and rest it.

 

④ Slice the chicken breasts into one centimeter's thick, and put your salad into a plate.  

 

   

烹饪小技巧(Cooking tips)

① We want to cut the vegetables into slices, the thinner the better! That's why a food slicer would save you some time.

切成薄片的蔬菜才能为你的沙拉带来最棒的口感。

 

② Remember to use your fist or other tools to tenderize the chicken breasts.

有时候我们的双手才是最好的工具哦。

 

③ It would be great if you have some rosemary(迷迭香). Marinate(腌制) the chicken breasts with the rosemary and you won't regret it!

腌制过的鸡肉在沙拉里味道会更突出。

 

④ We want to fry the chicken breasts but not deep fry it, there's a difference.

虽然只差一个deep,deep fry可是油炸,我们可不希望我们的沙拉尝起来油腻腻的。

 

⑤ Before you cut the chicken, remember to rest (静置) it for a few minutes.

静置过后的鸡肉质感更Q弹而且肉汁也更丰富哦。

这道美味的(yummy)salad脂肪含量特别低(low in fat),相比于常见的蛋黄酱制作的salad来说,它更清爽(cleaner)也更柔滑(creamier)。菊苣淡淡的苦味(subtle bitterness)和帕玛森奶酪也十分搭配。将煎好的鸡肉静置(rest)几分钟可以使其更多汁(juicy)。在摆盘之前一直把面包丁放在煎锅中是为了它的酥脆(crunch)和凉爽的(cold and refreshing)沙拉形成对比。
